Attend an RPBC committee meeting, held the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m.

Ask to be nominated as a member of the RPBC

Attend a SECOND RPBC Committee meeting

Be accepted as a member

Pay $40 for bi-annual dues ($20 per year)
